Comments section is a testament to the universal allure of this ambient video. It's heartening to witness people from various walks of life finding solace and connection through these soothing sounds. Beautifully uniting us all in tranquility.
For some reason it gives me "dead mmo" vibes, where you walk in a once populated place, but only the structures and memories remain. I love it, thank you.
@@pamelawilliamsartography MMOs are Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games. The social activities to do with other players is the point. Dead MMOs are when you've played a MMO in the past in once-crowded areas, but then you revisit those areas again now, only to find them empty of the crowds you remember. Examples are Seer's Village in RuneScape 3 or any prior expansion capital city in World of Warcraft (Shattrath, Dalaran, Boralus, & a few others).
I just started reading Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett this morning, which takes place in a Nordic winter setting. This video couldn't be better timed! Thanks again for the work, your videos are the best!
It was probably my favorite book I read last year (and I read like 45 books). I can´t wait to read the second one! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did :)
That does sound like a good combo. That reminds me I should pick up the last book, there is so much happening in the story and I can't see how it can end well with so much going to sh*t 😄
I thought I might hear the echoes of holidays past, on a walk through the streets of Frostholm. But the old year is behind us now. It is put to man to move forward, for what lingers, dies.
Oh how beautiful this is. ❤ I love winter and this is perfect! The scene, music, sounds and the name! This makes me so happy and I will listen to this throughout the whole year. 🥰 (Whole Sweden is Frostholm at the moment😄)
I made this particular video while working as tester/QA/test automation, so I wish you as little bugs as possible 😉. I am so happy my soundscapes work for you 😊
This is very much like where I live in Canada at the moment! ;) Love Skyrim, currently on another playthrough after a good 10yrs since the 1st... it's just as awesome this 2nd time around!
Cold hearts harden by living in a cold place. Around here, in time, even the most savages of the brutes ends walking tremblingly, and the lean by the lean is devoured. There shall be no sun in the land of the wizard was her last words just before facing the bonfire.
Ah yes Frostholm where Descartes caught pneumonia and died. "I cough therefore I exist" (nah not funny) As for me, I'm from Goth-enburg. A name worthy another theme.
@@jonashellsborn7648 😄 I come from a village that basically translates to Roseville, nobody can blame me for liking fairy tales too much, it sounds like I came from one...
Such beautiful music, but as an environmen artist the use of AI art is really disheartening. For those who don't know, AI art s generated via the use of artist's work who haven't given consent for their work to be put into a digital feed and frankensteined. I'm sure there are so many artists out there who would be so happy for you to use their work for your music - please consider reaching out and using real art for future videos.
I am actually on a long hunt for a website where I could purchase non-exclusive licences for a real art pieces, preferably with a lot of choice for fantasy, scifi, nature settings. Something that would be either subscription based, or pay per piece. If you have any suggestions, I would be very thankful :)

So, true! Something like Windhelm in ESO.
I agree to the vibe, very lonely and melancholic, but don't know your shorthand, pls tell me what is "dead mmo" ? and thanks!

One of the best ambient music i have seen on tube. I mean it.
Thank you! ❤

Perfect timing for creative work on a saturday noon, while snow gently falls from the sky. Thank you for your great work!
That sounds lovely, I wish we had some snow... I wish you a lot of inspiration! 😊
The art reminds me of Lake town from the hobbit movies! Thank you for your hard work!
Such an eerie and beautiful melody, it's really quite gorgeous and almost relaxing while still having that ominous vibe.
Reading Mistborn listening to this and it captures the vibe perfectly. Thank you so much!

I am so happy you enjoy it :) I think I created it because I crave some propper Swedish winter, not this muddy excuse that´s here 😄
Listening while reading The Crystal Cave by Mary Stewart. Perfect combination. Love your music /|\

I prefer when ambience is louder than the music. I’m missing here some more snow sounds :c
Either way great ambience to relax💛
I have a fantasy world very similar to this.
