Music shows and such are usually for idol groups therefore that's probably the reason why. He isn't going to be competing against AOA, big bang, SISTAR, etc. What do you expect? Where could an artist possibly promote in, on TV? Unless its sketchbook (which doesn't usually have rookies) I doubt hell be on anything.
