Your tutorials are so easy to understand and use. I hope to embroider some cool designs that are in my mind. Also, I hope to help my wife with her small business on Etsy, where she sells hand-embroidered things. I bought Brother PE 535 and trying to use it. Thank you so much for your work!

Great channel, very glad I found it!! As someone who is very experienced with Inkscape but brand new to embroidery, your videos are really helpful! I'm so used to SVG/Inkscape and it's a struggle to figure out how to get that into embroidery without having to redraw everything. Since you said you've been learning Inkscape as much as you're learning Inkstitch, it might be cool to see you guys do an Inkscape tutorial (e.g., Logos by Nick has some awesome ones that would look great as embroidery!) and then work out how to convert that to embroidery. I think that might be useful to you too, bc Nick teaches a bunch of helpful tips and tricks.

i have another version i guess because if i select my bezier tool and draw the zig zag lines it just creates new svgs with a filling and if i turn the filling off they diapear. so they dont stay so i cant seelect them. Any ideas why that is?

Sorry you are having issues. Check the width of your stroke, it might be too small for you to see. If your stroke is set to 0 you won't be able to see it or your stroke could be set to with no color, red X will not appear. So hold shift and select a color if that is the issue. Hope this helps!

@@ProjectAnonymous_Duo thank you very much that helpt the width was so big that it apeared like one colour block instead of lines. and are there other programs who can turn svgs into satin stitch automatically? because the automatic function in ink stitch keeps telling me that its too komplex. Thank you very much again for solving my problem

I have an extra stitch in another step. When I view back inkstitch, I do not see a duplicate node on that step. Even when i playback my stitch map with sewwhatpro, there wasn't a step. But when I view the file on my pe800 that extra step pops up. Do you gave any idea what settings will cause that?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. We haven't had that problem before. Ink/Stitch had a new release v3.0.1 to fix some bugs, maybe that could fix your issue. If not you could reach out to the developers at inkstitch.org under GET HELP to see if anyone else has encountered that problem. Thanks for watching!
