- If you are an older woman in the faith, I just want to remind you that God still sees you. Even when your children don’t call you back. Even when your grandchildren don’t reach out as much. Even after the loss of parents, friends, spouses and even children. Even when the folks in your community pass over your wisdom in exchange for something lesser, God still sees you and desires to use you. ❤️ #gloryevent23

This made me cry as a young person who has always had a heart for young children and the elderly this really touched me.
I was Completely blown away when Jackie Hill Perry came to Kansas City a few ago, for The Glory Women's Conference. The way she breaks the Bible down, and still keep it within it's context, was AMAZING!!!! I would highly encourage you, PLEASE go attend the conference, if it comes to your City. You will leave Empowered and Encouraged!!
I love it that you address these lovely women. I have friends in the 3rd era of life that feel very lonely, eat alone, are alone and feel forgotten. Great reminder to them all that The Lord sees them, acknowledges them, calls them by their name, and can and is using them in mighty ways.
SO SO SO true! We make fun of the "old" people. We absolutely NEED elders! Ministry is hard. This just hit me! I'm not 60 but praying for people and not seeing any change and pouring into people and seeing nothing. It is difficult. BUT GOD IS in CONTROL. I will NOT stop! I never saw it as ministry until this video. And how much harder is it for our GODLY leaders?! I cannot imagine. TYSM!
