Dust Sans isnt actually a bad sans, he just killed his friend for gainning L.O.V.E (Level of violence for those who dont know) and by this way he could defeat chara / frisk because with flowey, sans is actually a character that know about reset and saves so he always have the same "life", all his friend and his brother get killed then he die and it restart, it restart again but he still have memories, and then that restart again and again..
