    Como argentino pienso que esta es la mejor receta de chimi de youtube. Tiene lo fundamental: perejil, ajo (aunque yo le agrego mas), un buen picante, el jugo de limon, un buen vinagre y, lo mas importante, un buen aceite de oliva. Se le puede agregar tambien pimenton o paprika para dar color. Tambien peperoncino o chilli flakes. Se lo puede hacer mas suave o mas picante dependiendo del gusto y combina excelente con la salsa criolla.

      Cómo haces para que no repita el ajo? siempre que hago chimichurri el ajo me repite todo el santo día.

      @@andresrodrl Yo repito un monton el ajo menos cuando lo como con el chimi. Creo que es porque lo macero una hora ponele en limon. Lo suaviza bocha. Almenos a mi me funciona y la gente aca en Italia enloquece y le gusta bien picante.

    I just added some horseradish mustard I had and some extra dill and was so good on some bbq salmon. Also I did half cilantro half parsley and also added some fresh oregeno. Oh ya I used apple cider vinegar and twice the garlic. Well ya completely different but so good....I make it different everytime but that horseradish mustard actually stepped it up nicely

      You can sub with fresh Oregano. Never tried with cilantro myself as i do not like it.

      Yours might, not everyone puts it in however. Ditto mint, cilantro, basil, and even rosemary. It’s all personal preference.

      That is the germ of the garlic and it is harder to digest as well as giving a lot of that long lasting garlic breath. By removing it you still enjoy the flavour of the garlic but your breath wont be killing vampires afterwards

    This isnt chimmi churri
    Parsley oregano chilli garlic salt
    70 percent olive oil
    30 percent vinegar
    If use dried oregano soak it in a tad of hot water to soften before use
    Besr left sit for a coulke of days in fridge

    As an native Argentinian but lived in the United States since I was little im ashamed to say i messed up my sauce with too much garlic. 🧄 😂 im hosting my first cookout and its a scrap i guess unless anyone wants to try it😅

    Sunflower oil instead of olive oil is the Argentinian way. That way it can be kept in the fridge and flavours amalgamate and mature. Also dried chilli flakes.
    White pepper not black pepper. Don't pretend you're an expert if you're not.
