If I have gotten back in the pool about 2 weeks ago(from a few years of not swimming), and am swimming every day in prep for the pst (if not one missed) should I be doing some normal freestyle swimming or drills in addition to CSS, or should I only be focusing on getting distance and technique work with CSS and some fin conditioning? @@IanBone-o7t yes you should be swimming and adding all those drills in. Get on a program that includes them. Swimming, treading, drownproofing…

@@Cur0m of course. That’s what I’m talking about. You don’t get to put on UDT shorts if you can’t pass the 500 yard swim.
