You did 300k less dmg with the Emerald blade, that's not 30% less but close to 15%. The EHP increase is also around 15%. So it is a pretty even trade off.
ok the thing your missing is that the blaze pet improves the stats of the frozen blaze armor, while the dragon improves all your stats. therefore, less maxed armor hurts frozen blaze more than it hurts necron.
Something to consider though is that blaze pet is a lot cheaper than ended dragon, and without ender dragon his damage with necron would have been quite a bit worse, and I think his crit chance too

I dont think necron will fall out because of this but. Terminator is better with frozen because of crit chance, also higher ehp, and with warden gains more boost from the damage boost thingy. But necron can switch from tank setup to damage setup whenever. I wouldnt say either is better.

I feel like the frozen blaze helmet would have been better than the diamond necron head, since it gets its stats doubled by the blaze pet anyways as long as it's base stats are better than the diamond necron head then it would perform better
