Community Iftar 2022 Speeches | UoB | UBISoc | TRP

On the 29th April, students from the University of Birmingham Islamic Society hosted the largest free Iftar in the midlands with around 1500 students, members of the University leadership and local communities attending.
One of the highlights of this night was the talk held inside the Great Hall, hosted by the head brother and sister of our Islamic Society, with esteemed speakers, including Professor Gavin Schaffer, Mayor Andy Street, Imam Adil Saleem and more, joining us to talk about community!
