    Everyone, I’d like to introduce you to a really delicious winter snack.
    Best of all, it's easy to make.
    This is delicious when eaten warm, so it's best eaten the day it's made. If you're eating it the next day, you can heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
    Ingredients (12 muffin molds or 12 Silicomart oval molds)
    ✔Peanut crumble
    40g unsalted butter
    25g peanut butter
    38g granulated sugar
    a pinch of salt
    70g cake flour
    20g almond flour
    ✔ rice cake batter
    220g glutinous rice powder(dry)
    6g baking powder
    45g granulated sugar
    3g salt
    280g milk
    240g Red bean paste
    30g topping for walnut
    When using wet glutinous rice powder, it was made with 320g and 165g of milk.
    Store at room temperature for up to two days
