  • On today's Los Angeles day trip, we went to Rosemead Moon Festival. This is their 7th annual festival that takes place on the street, where they close the street for the day. Last event was in 2019, so this is their first event after the pandemic/covid.
This is pretty much the first event of the fall season. Different cities have it on different days, so if you missed this one, you can either wait for next year or find another local event nearby.
Event is free admission, free parking. Lots of street food vendor, food trucks, spin wheel and get free goods, petting zoo, and play area for kids. So this event is great for families.
We spent the day walking around to show you guys what’s going on here. And ended up watching some shows, eating some food, drinking some drinks, snacking some snacks.
Event address: on Valley Boulevard, between Walnut Grove and Ivar Avenue

Hi! You're in my old home town. It amazes me how expensive some of the food is at these festivals. Did you really finish everything, even that huge piece of chicken? I was gonna say, if you were still hungry, there's a In-N-Out North on Rosemead Blvd. Good to see you back. 😊
