Yeah, I did see some other people have the same issue with Sunnies regarding her head and neck. But yes, these things happen all the time. It must be hard for them to check everything. I’m so glad I was able to fix her though! :-) Thank you so much for watching XOXO.
somehow in my about a decade of being a serious doll collector, I havent seen the elastic sleeve trick before- thats absolutely genius and I'm totally gonna use it!!!

I dunno about the puffer jackets with the snow but i do love her sparkly face like wave 1. I have the box set of wave 1 and sunny and violet are my two favorites. I definitely have her on my list.
YAAAY, you did Sunny! isnt she so pretty. i love this sunny sm.💛 someone in my RH group actually cut the plastic off and removed the sand stuff then used tweezers to pull the extra plastic off the jacket at the seam on their doll and it looks like the silly gimmick was never even on there! im gonna do it with all of mine too.
Thanks for the great video and well done for fixing Sunny's neck! I wish companies would just go back to the old ball joint and socket but there's probably a mechanical reason why they can't. I really like her outfit underneath the coat, it's so cute!

Great tip about the elastics when putting on jackets 🙂I´m glad for you, that you fixed her neck hole. .If you write Amazon about the loose head,, they will maybe refund some of your money. It should not be necessary to boil a doll head, to make it fit. Cute doll🙂

Yes, the blonde crimps is very totally hair! I love it but I guess they gave her holes in case you want to use earrings from other rainbow high dolls, which is nice. So glad I was able to fix her too! :-) Thanks for watching!
The PC line has holes but no earrings. The same goes for Georgia. I bought some gemstone and pearl stickers that make good earrings. You just have to make sure they stick well.
Old RH would never made that sweater and shirt one piece. 😭😭 Just contact MGA they normally are accomodating when it comes to replacing defective doll.
I gave up on RH. The most disappointing thing is that I don't like the outfits from this reboot. The shoes are especially ugly. The only one i would consider getting is the color and create one with the brown eyes. But i would dye her hair brown. You really only need one Sunny, the twin pack one. The last good RH line was SH series 3.
@@dolls2remember we just got our WW Sunny and the slime was a nightmare 🙈 maybe we were doing it wrong! Also our Sunny's head is almost falling off too! How did you get the head off in order to put the base of it in the hot water please?
OH NO!! maybe try pushing the head down to the bottom of her neck and leave it for 3 minutes to allow it to stretch a bit, then lift it off? or put her head in a plastic zip lock bag and set her in a cup of hot water for a few minutes to soften her head so you can take it off!! let me know if you're able to do it! be very careful of course you dont want to break the neck peg!!!!

I wouldn't mind switching her to an old Sunny body I have, for wrist articulation, but that requires removing two heads 🙈 maybe I should try on the old Sunny first... I was able to push it down while it was normal room temperature. but if it doesn't seem to go down easily then you can heat it up and just pull it up and off without pushing down first maybe. ugh its frustrating :( im sorry you have to deal with that. I do want a body w wrist articulation for them too so I may have to do another head swap soon as well! hahahah. it was definitely a pull though. but very slowly and carefully and brace the neck while you do it.
I’m not hating or mad at you or anything but there’s hardly any videos of these dolls so far since they’re so new and I can’t find ANY videos of people doing the water thing lol everyone’s concerned it’s going to mold. Which I completely understand I just want to see the process 😅😂
I’m going to try your method. The neck looks exactly like how your Sunny looked. I just dunk her in boiling water right? I did the gimmick on her coat and on Bella and skylar. I think the outfits look slightly better after. 😅

I ordered Rita but she STILLL hasn’t arrived!! Target cancelled my first order. She expected to arrive sometime in September. Here in the US it’s been tough to get Rita doll and young Ella doll! I hope she comes soon :(

Most collectors would return the doll because of the neck (me included), but you fixed it :) Good job haha

My sunny winter wonderland had this wobbly neck as well. I think it’s a sunny defect and I think it’s broken.

This is not a Sunny that I want to buy. Something is off with her face and the blow up snow is likely to rot in the lining.

it is a little dry - some even broke off as I was combing- I think maybe parts got melted when the hair was crimped in the factory or something
