Do's and Don't s of Customer Service - Grocery Store Service

We planned this video out to be a "Training Video" for the ??Knight-Aide Grocery Store on Main Campus. There are so many different avenues in which we use Customer Service. Customer Service is universal, and whilst most people do not realize it, Customer Service is a a vital part of the success within a Grocery Store. Customer Service is not only used in restaurants, or hotels, but also in a grocery stores such as Knight-Aide; regardless of the scale of the business it is always important to have customer service skills. This video will go over over the Do's and Don'ts of Customer Service.
