Man the menu SFX and music is giving me great memories of days gone by. The creativity and effort put in by the Japanese Devs at Yukes back then was off the charts. From what I've seen from other behinds the scenes of games in this time period and slightly later, they were probably sleeping in the office too to meet demands and shipping times. Perhaps not always the best of work environments compared to more recent times but, the effort put into making everything look like the licensed IP at the time was unreal. The menu UI, sound design, concept art and more is just, *Chefs kiss* nothing compares today and will most likely never will ever again. Appreciate your young years everyone, they will fly by and before you know it, you will be older with crippling depression, longing for those golden days of old.
I got a PS2 and all the Smackdowns up to SVR 06 on it I still like playing them but it just don't feel the same unless my brother comes over we went hard with the competition on the wrestling games as kids good memories
