I was in a bar and saw a black guy wearing a kilt. I asked, "Can I ask you a question?". He said, "You're gonna ask if I'm wearing underwear.". I said, "No. I wanted to know if it's true that black guys' kilts are longer than white guys' kilts.".
Almost the best comedian ever. It is hard to judge.
