I have the same issue with level 30. I think the programmer just made a mistake. I'm sad I won't be able to get them all to be yellow, but I guess that's life.
(Spoiler to solving 19in 4 moves ) on 19 click the SQUARE blue block nearest the red circle and take away two of the square faces pushing down on the platform when the ball lands take away the red brick and you've just completed it under par. This may take a few tries to get.(SPOILER TO HOW TO SOLVE LEVEL 31 in 3 moves) me too you click the top block that is in the middle wait 3 sec then click the bottom middle block and click the bottom blue platform. thats about all i know about red remover.

on 1:16 you can get just click the second highest blue ball and still get par thats what i did

14, 17, 19, 21, 29 and 31 can be done under par.
somehow i did level 16 in just two clicks and now i get a star cause im awesome like that

level 21, i did what you did and got a different result, did it again, a diffrent result then both, wtf man.
