I prefer watching you talking to just listening to your voice. You said that we should look for the topics that we interested in to watch. I do that and I learn very fast. But It also has problem. I am doctor, I almost watch many videos about medicine. When people talk about other topics, for example economics and business, I have no clue. So, how can we widen our range of vocabulary in many fields that can help us in the real life?

I like to watch popular science videos in English and films about wildlife. For me, it seems like fiction movies aren't very useful (but sometimes I watch them, of course). I want to receive something for my brain, any knowledge, and not only amusement. And movies probably are a little hard for me yet, watching them is more torture than leisure considering my current English level.
And of course, I listen to English teachers on RUclips, too
