It has been 7 years since that one dark winter morning Jesus came into my room and freed me. I was on my knees but before He left He gave me something that hasn't left me and It's present with me till today. A great peace that I never knew existed came upon me. I cried out louder and I asked Him "what is this unexplainable feeling I'm experiencing?" He replied *_" My peace I give you it's not of this world" He left._* Since that day till now I don't remember what it feels like to be afraid, fearful, to panic even though I do have anxious moments in life but the stench of fear and confusion has left me. This song touch me. I have been walking with Jesus for like six years. The amount of tears from my eyes. When I heard the caller voice had called my name. Told me that he love me. I knew from there he wanted to heal my pain. Also to say goodbye pain The amount of pain, anger, and grief. I had inside of me for years. It's been awhile I feel this happy in long time. 2020 and 2021 had destroyed me. I had lost my grandmother and cousin in the month in May 2020 and 2021 I lost a best friend. There is more to my testimony before all of this happen. I gave my life to Christ. When I was 24 years old. I'm 30 now. It's not a easy walk at all. I'm happy everything changes around you. I had unplug every social media account. I don't watch TV. I just live my life in peacefulness.

One day, on the bus, after my exams, I felt so down thinking I must have said something wrong to the examiner, I thought I was gonna fail, all these thoughts just came in. And then Jesus appeared he sat opposite wearing a red sash, he was smiling at me and his smile glowed, despite the sun at the back he was more radiant. This song applies so much. My wife Melanie of 5 1/2 years was killed 6 months ago after shots were fired at our home, one of which struck her while she was reading a bedtime Bible story to our 6-month-old. I now find myself a single father with two daughters (1 & 2 1/2 years old) at the age of 26. But despite the immense pain/loss I feel, I know God is good, faithful and worthy to be praised; even when I don't understand it. So instead of cursing or blaming Him, I choose to be like Job, saying "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord". And then Jesus appeared he sat opposite wearing a red sash, he was smiling at me and his smile glowed, despite the sun at the back he was more radiant. This song applies so much. I became sober two years ago in Charlotte, NC. Long story but the Cliffs notes version is I became aware of your work while at Elevation Church during my stay in Charlotte. I stayed sober for a year and a half but relapsed back in the summer of ‘23. I’ve been in treatment this time since Halloween and doing well. I don’t identify as an alcoholic because the Lord has changed my name and I am a new creation in Christ. When I see His face, everything changes. My wife Melanie of 5 1/2 years was killed 6 months ago after shots were fired at our home, one of which struck her while she was reading a bedtime Bible story to our 6-month-old. I now find myself a single father with two daughters (1 & 2 1/2 years old) at the age of 26. But despite the immense pain/loss I feel, I know God is good, faithful and worthy to be praised; even when I don't understand it. So instead of cursing or blaming Him, I choose to be like Job, saying "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord". This song is beautifully written and a wonderful reminder to never stop singing His praise!

I spent my entire life believing the lies of the enemy about who I am. Believing the words that people from my past spoke over me. Things people said and I carried that for WAY to long. This past Monday on the 24th of January my toes got stepped on by God. In a good way. Then this song was sent to me the next day from one of my most treasured mentors. And it is changing my life. It is just one of the things that is helping me to Transform my mind and to believe what God says about me and not to believe the lies and things people have said about me in the past.
