What about doing stippling with the diode laser? So many mixed reviews, I did a pay and it engraved a black skull perfectly, but just make it black on black !!! Just by how it burnt the skull into the mag I will believe it could do stippling ?!?!?

Only way to find out is to try it, stippling can be done with the right settings like speed and type of image setting in your software and the type of laser, I do think that a diode laser could work.

Please let me know all the settings, I’m just now getting into this, and I’m in the process of getting FFL.

100% Power, 250 Speed, you can do two passes but I only did one. Congrats on the FFL.

I'm getting ready to try this on a couple of my guns... what settings did you use?

In lightburn 100% Power Speed 250 and use Stucki for image setting, you can also slow down the speed to 200, the outcome will be the same. This is done with Xtool D1
