Running Talk Episode 3 | Amazing Young Man Running 100km

For the third in my new series - Running Talk - let me introduce you to an amazing young man who is taking on the challenge of running 100km - Thomas Cowan. Thomas is only 12 years old, but has been inspired to raise much needed money for an amazing charity supporting the education of children in a remote village in India, The Venkatraman Memorial Trust. Thomas was so inspired by the recent exploits of our Guinness World Record holding friend Simon Jackson he immediately set about figuring out what he could do. Having never run before until midway through lockdown he thought something small like 100km would be a good place to start :-)
