Cavendish Farms

In this video, we showcase the collaborative industrial project for Cavendish Farms. Our team at Westco Construction has successfully created a cutting-edge automated storage space for frozen potato products. The centerpiece is a colossal high-bay freezer, measuring an impressive 345′ x 111′ with a soaring height of 120′. The building envelope features 6″ insulated metal panels, providing superior insulation and efficiency in varying weather conditions.
Spanning 38,295 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility includes a customer-supplied and installed racking system. Our team meticulously designed and built cladding using 6″ IMP panels, extending two stories high at 58′ 6″ and 60′ 10″. The roof is equipped with a resilient Q-Deck and incorporates built-up insulation with a slope package and torch-on roofing. Moreover, the building features fourteen scuppers with downspouts to ensure effective drainage on all sides.
