Today journey brings us head on into the mental and emotional space of heartache, heartbreak and carrying the weight that comes along with these past relationships.
As in all my videos I am drawing off personal experiences.
The people we choose to get into relationships with are always placed in front of us to teach us more about ourself. Sometimes what we learn is a very uncomfortable truth, we create our own reality and we have let another hurt us in unimaginable ways. Deeper than that these hurts were first shown to us by the way we treat ourself. That’s right we teach people how than can treat us and if they are hurting you it’s because you already accepted this behaviour from yourself.
These are the things we can’t see until someone outside of ourself shows us what we allowed.
Very humbling to say the least. Then we must uncover all the ways we have lead ourselves into scenarios where time and time again people we allowed in don’t met us at a place we thought we were already at.
