It's been sold that the darker the roast, the more caffeine is in the coffee. But after working years in coffee stores and talking to experts lighter has more caffeine than darker. The longer it's cooked, the more of the caffeine and oils are removed from the bean. Interesting video, nice share.
I've been using my Nespresso devices less and less over the past year to the point where they aren't getting used but once every few weeks now. For me it's just so inferior to regular espresso that I just don't ever want it. They are popular however so I try to stay knowledgeable for my viewers and readers.

Thank you so much for charing this information!!!! ❤
I can’t find the list you mentioned
Nespresso capsule Double Espresso Scuro is labeled as dark and bold with an intensity of 11. But it's a medium roast. So, I don't get it.
Caffeine is the same across the board despite how it was roasted, it’s a refractory molecule.
I decided not to go with this brand. Outside Aluminum Capsule cannot support and no more plastic K cups either

@@RainorShine1 I bought the Breville Express Machine. It is a wonderful machine. I did wait for it to go on sale but its still expensive. No regrets.
Thank you. Very helpful.
If it's any help, at least where I live Nespresso accepts uses capsules and at least says they recycle the aluminum.
