In my experiences most servers I get into have higher levels, though it is really random. I think every other server will have at least one slightly-higher level, and high levels like to play with other high levels, and high levels don't really rage quit as often.Idk though, I'm not a pro (this is probably the worst ftf advice ever)
What you should do is get your main account and 3 alts or less depending on how hard you want it. But you need to start a game with 1 player and and your alts and keep playing regular til that player is beast and during the 15 second head start get those alts to leave so you have to hack 5 pcs on your own against the beast. Just a idea I had to see you try.

you should start picking out your servers in the server option. it’s much better and people don’t leave as soon as they get caught plus you can join for a full server
