I find this prayer video peaceful and calming. Whenever I go to my lunch break, I start praying the rosary. Speaking as a Catholic Christian. As long I do it quietly and discreetly. I would like to share this video with some of my co-workers and my work counselor but unfortunately I can't because there's a work policy that doesn't allow religious sharing. It's a policy I have to follow.
