The whole Project was created to fulfill one big dream of a small man.
Inability to hear and feel Woodkid's music live was the cause of everything.
The emptiness of not taking part and not experiencing any concert of a beloved artist motivated 18-year-old Kuba to create THAT concert on his own.

Few days ago, finally got the chance to go to woodkid's concert in Berlin. It's been on the to-do-list since years to go one day and this day marked the dream come true, especially after these two years of pandemic! I actually watched this video the first time today, but it brought me back all the excitement that I had been building in these years! And gosh, right now I just want to tell everyone I care that I love them! Thanks woodkid for all the peace you bring to me. :)
Jak mi to youtube zaproponował i puściłem sobie, to myślałem, że to Woodkid, dopiero gdy usłyszałem polski głos, to się zorientowałem o co chodzi. Świetne wykonanie!

I found your concert a month ago I think and I finally got the time to listen to the whole concert and write this comment. First of all you did a very good job here. I was asked if I could write a little review, so here it is. (Disclaimer: I dont know anything about music. Its been ages since the last time i touched an instrument, so this is just my oppinon. Besides this I didnt speak or read English for three years, so my vocabulary is not so good)
Baltimore: This is a great performance. I like it better than the original. Really, really good. The trumpets are just on point. 4:15-5:00 sounds very good.
Where I live: I dont like this song, either sang by Woodkid or by you. Its kind of boring, I dont know…
Golden Age: My favorit song of Woodkids Album, so it was kind of impossible to get on his level in this song. The singing is fine, but the instrument are just not „epic“ enough. For example from 14:30-14:50: In the Original it is a very epic part, but here it sounds kind of weak.
The shore: Its kind oft he same problem like Where I live.
Ghost lights: I like the instruments. Comparing to The Golden Age there is no lack of epicness. But the singer didnt performe so well. Woodkid sang this song with a, I dont know, maybe brutal voice, what i liked much more. For example in 22:32-22:36
Brooklyn: Well, its just instrumental:D
Conquest of Spaces: Here is my opinnion compearble to Ghost lights. The instruments were nice, but again the last punch of the singer is missing. But in this case this is not a problem for me, i still like your version. It just sounds a bit different (Of course, all your songs sound different than woodkids, you did not just made a copy of his album/ his concert. But here you changed the „style“ of the song, which is ok and sounds nice.)
Iron: I was afraid that the instruments or the singer would lack some oft he epicness, but i didnt. I cant write a lot about this, it was just a very good performance.
Wasteland: This song sounds very different to the original. But again it sounds very nice.
Volcano: I cant get enough of the piano part at the beginning:D The trumpet at 51:35 sounds very strange, was that on purpose? I also missed the the shout Woodkid did on some of his life perfomances. But still, this was a very solid performance (I dont want to use the word good againg and again:D)
The Great Escape: I understand why this is the part which you liked most. The singer had a great charisma and stage presence. Besides this, the singing and the instruments fit really well together.
Run boy run: This song was… ok. It didnt reach the level of epicness Woodkid greated with his performance, but this one is still decent. I cant explain why, maybe this is woodkids secret. But the part starting from 1:07:25 was very nice. It didnt try to be that epic, but still it sounds very nice.
Keep your work up guys! It was really nice to listen to your concert and maybe in the future I can hear some of your new work.
And I hope that Woodkid will do some more concerts, so that we can see him live. Greetings from Germany:)
