That model is flawed as the fishery is only accurate as it is managed. Flawed data and coverups is what the MSC is really about. And a nice label businesses can buy.

You know that sodium tripolyphosphate isn't a neurotoxin right? Unless you'd call sodium chloride a neurotoxin? You would have to eat very unhealthy amounts of processed food to even get close to a high enough phosphate or sodium concentration to affect your health, and this is the same for any salt. Consume too much of anything and of course, it won't be good for you. Besides, the main issues associated with STPP are eutrophication, not human health. And any substitute chemicals like sodium carbonates, silicates or zeolites have far worse of an effect on our health. Get your facts sorted, and until then don't go around saying stuff like that.
