    Creamy healthy filling grab and go breakfast that you can prepare the night before to save time in the morning especially if you have to leave early for work like I do.
    Ingredients:
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup almond milk (or oat or soy milk)
    1 cup Greek yogurt (if plain add honey)
    Add desired fruits (blackberries, blueberries, pear, peach, kiwi, etc.)
    2-3 tsp chia seeds
    Granola (add desired amount)
    Optional: sprinkle cinnamon
