I was at Hampden that night, what a night. The Scots passion made the European Champions look very ordinary.
In the vesion I saw on the TV that night, Scotland kicked Czechoslovakia off the park.
Old Hampden Park bouncing under the lights in the 1970s. One of World football's greatest spectacles. Those were very much indeed the good auld days.
I was at that match. Place was rocking. Absolutely packed!
Good night. Thank you so much for the nice video. Enjoyed and liked pf course. Baku city
Awe, King Kenny you legend...
Scotland had some good players in those days.
The late Brian Moore cheering for Scotland, that is a first.
Aye, Bless him.🔥
Thanks for post!
I'm sure this game was on live. I watched it with my mum as both my Dad and brothers were at the game. I was too wee :-(. My first game was 2 years later against Austria in the schoolboys enclosure. I'd never seen so many drunk people in my life.
That's Scottish schoolboys for you.

Great to see a time when goalies weren't a protected species

Rough was sleeping. As alwais did
When Scotland could play,whatever happened?
...and this was against the reigning European Champions.
@@Aidankiwi The Czechs were never good away from home and were going through a bad period here. This result was totally expected.
