I have a literal handful of Christmas cassettes I still play in my shop on my old radio/cassette player and that cassette is one of them! I adore that entire tape of songs. I even put together a family Christmas video together back then (very low tech by today’s standards) and I used Santa Claus is coming to town for one of the 2 songs on that video. What can I say? You blew me away today! Just another Christmas gift for me today!! 🎁

Hi Debra, 😊💕🎄I'm just remembering I have a box set of Vince Gill with some of these songs in one of several CDs. I have it squirreled into a container with several other CDs I haven't opened up to go through since moving across from myself when the apartments were all being slowly renovated. Hadn't had it long before being told I would have to let a jackhammer in the living room, which happened about three years before the other renovations. No telling what all nice is in that container. Time to open it up, now that the chair right beside it is available again since preparing for company last month. It's been serving as a momentary coffee ledge. Thanks for telling more about the Sphere. I hadn't heard about the sound aspect of the Sphere yet. I listen to three podcasts out of Las Vegas, but none of the guys have mentioned the sound part about the Sphere yet. (except one mentioned the sound in the restroom being different than what he thought would happen, while he was at The Eagles concert recently. He was talking more about the visuals and drinks containers, and navigation, seems like he was impressed with how easy it was to get around in the whole building.

It's a good set, but not got any of these we just heard with the Christmas stuff. Tried to write soon as figured that out but the hives shock problem had started, just as I soon as I was standing up making my way to try to fix food, that I was thinking about all night. I checked the produce drawers and had in mind what needs to be fixed next or what could I do any sooner as the hives were overwhelming me. Got more water and wash off a two liter punch soda bottle and opened it to have drinks with lids near the bed, and took the antihistamine emergency dose, again. Dug the set I found out of the storage container and got out all the apps that can recognize text and barcodes and try to describe a scene. Realized it's a different set I found, and had to get back in bed and try to put the phone devices in a safe place charging. Knocked out during battening the hatches. Still not ate. Just took a smaller follow up dose, like the years ago pediatrician used to prescribe it, because I could feel the hives trying to resurface a little again, after getting out from the covers awhile, and untangling. This hives thing is driving me nuts. There's so much I need to do, and not be swooshy while I'm doing it. I wishI could shower without eating but gone way too many hours to do that. I have put it off because of the breakfast effect that will knock me back out with some weird temporal thing. It'll make me gave to put myself where I can't fall and wait until that is over before I can be alert for a whole day duration again, and it doesn't do that after lunch or supper. It a quandary, which is part of the non 24 forward moving sleep cycle. Trying to explain it, brings my own cognition to the more alert state, of knowing I just have to do the breakfast first and deal with the routine waiting out of the peculiar seizure like situation and then go at the shower, if that's all I accomplish today. I cannot keep being irritated with myself during this part of the accepting the things I really cannot control cycle. I just do not like taking a nap, ever. Particularly right close after I have already slept. Vince is as good as replacement Eagle as is possible. It's hard to imagine how they would do without him.

Love this stuff - followed Vince for years BUT first heard your bass playing on Mudslide Slim and always (think I can) recognise you on so many records. I live near Glasgow ( Scotland) and will be going to see Lyle at the Royal Concert Hall on Jan 19th. I was trying to find out if you will be there with him and you seem to have just answered that in the positive? Can hardly believe that I might finally get to see you after so many years!!
