- The goal of this Wild Hearthstone Showdown in the Badlands Sludge Warlock OTK combo deck is to use Disposal Assistant combined with Steamcleaner! We do this by destroying Disposal Assistant. Then we play Tamsin Roame, double Reverberation, 8 copies of Tamsin's Phylactery, Plague of Flames, and Steamcleaner for the OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!

At least the math on this one is quick and easy. If you manage to empty out your entire deck to fill it with the toxic sludge, and then steamcleaner it, you’ll end up doing 180 damage. I think the only thing that would survive that is the old linecracker druid. But we probably won’t see that anymore due to linecracker being an otk now.
I might have missed something, but each Tamsin would generate 8 toxic sludge at max, in total it would generate 56 toxic sludge barrels.
With 7 tamsins on board, playing Tamsin's Phylastery would generate another 7 Phylasteries, making it 8 in total.
Each Tamsin would then have: generate 1 toxic sludge barrel x 8
indeed but the deck limit is maximum 60 cards that why you have 180 damage with empty deck. So your max damage with this combo will be 3x(60-nb of cards in deck) @@ywbpelle421
@@ywbpelle421 You have to remember the initial battlecry and deathrattle of the disposal assistant going off, and if you ran 2 of them you would be able to get it up to 60.
@@ywbpelle421 don't forget the extra 1 from the first deathrattle needed to activate the whole combo. But what's 1 extra sludge, eh? With your math of the maximum Tamsin can produce, it's 168 damage. +1 would be 171 damage. Either way, opponent ded.
Laughing my ass off at that animation speed. Over 2 minutes just to get past the deathrattle animations and over a minute for the steam cleaner destroy effects.

Not only does it stop when dealing lethal damage, it also robs you of the achievement progress. Only counts the barrels that physically did damage, which is going to be 10 most of the time.

It's a decent way to do the achievement, but it's still going to take a bunch of tries. The achievement does not count sludges after the player is dead.
I just killed my opponent @ 30HP with 44 sludges, but only the first 10 counted towards the achievement.

Hey mark, love the vids. Could you try the new exodia with the 4 cost reduction legendary. Combo is waygate quest -> apprentice -> legendary -> evocation. Complete quest, drop antonidas next turn, EXODIA!

Mark, make sure ya play the chaos gazer combo before they patch it. Normally it males an opponent discard a card at the end of their turn, but now it's effectively "3 mana 3/4, battlecry: your opponent discards a card"
Its 4/3 but i know about that glitch. I’m trying to beat heroic galakronds awakening rafaam who uses it, but chaos gazer just makes me discard my key pieces. I hope he does this soon, then blizzard patches that.

This was the video I was most looking forward to when I realized the combo. I was envisioning something different though. The 1/5 buffed to an insane degree, give immune this turn and defile. Then play Hemet.
Now do this with silver moon arcanist for maximum damage.
So it's a way to finish the achievement

Nevermind, just saw a comment that it doesn't work with Elekk because Blizzard is pedantic, and the barrels are placed on the bottom, not shuffled.
Or create a self otk deck by adding the Legandary minion that swaps decks right before playing Steam Cleaner

oh my god i love wild format but every game seems so broken rigth now... they really need to nerf many many cards to make this format playable again. Playing games where the opponent often have a 1turn OTK in hand at turn 6 and nothing you can do about it is NOT FUN. BLIZZARD FIX YOUR GAMES before udpating the shop every single week for skins that are useless ...
