    06:24 Sidenote;
Initially marketed as ChemGrass, the manufacturer renamed it AstroTurf after it was installed in the Astrodome in Houston (1966).
Previously, clouds would develop inside the stadium due to the natural grass originally used on the field.

I got a waterbed in 1983. It had a wooden sunburst like headboard and baseboard. I liked it and had it for 20 years. There used to be stores in malls and strip malls called Waterbed Showcase, and they were very popular back then. Mine was waveless; waveless, semi-wave, and full wave mattresses were available. Full wave was like Peppermint Patty and Snoopy on the waterbed in Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown

I remember my dad had one growing up, i really liked it. It sucks you don't see them around anymore but at the same time i understand why tho. I remember the frame and headboard were oak colored which i thought looked nice.

1987...waterbeds.....sooo glad that idea phased out! They sucked! They took up most of the bedroom, were impossible to properly change the sheets, and required way too much work if you wanted to take it with you when you moved. We left behind a whole lot of waterbeds! Literally, they were small ponds inside your bedroom.

I didn’t know North Koreans played basketball. But given that they do, I think their scoring system should be amended to have extra points awarded if the player shouts “Glory to Kim Jong-Un” if his feet are in the air in a jumpshot.

I once read a statistic (about 30 years ago) that the zip code next to the zip code I had grown up in was now the most diverse zip code in the U.S. in terms of the national origin of the the people there. This fascinated me because when I was growing up there it was an incredibly boring neighborhood where the the most interesting thing about it was there was a Lutheran school there and, as a Jew, Lutherans seemed a bit exotic to me.
But in the intervening years New York, and especially Queens, has had such a huge influx of immigrants from all over the world that it is like a sort of international bazaar.
I recently visited a Chinese friend who had moved to Flushing, Queens, which had previously been a very Archie Bunker sort of place, and if you dropped me in there blindfolded by parachute and then asked where I was I might guess I was in China.
In any case, the neighborhood I am talking about is Elmhurst (11373) which is in Queens, which is in New York City. Probably most of those 800 languages are the native language of at least some of the people there.
However, I have not been able to confirm this as a real true fact nor find out if that still remains true. Probably the Census Bureau has that information.

Exactly how much less is the gravity at the Hudson lake or bay? While I’ve heard it can go between 35 to 49 percent less, my cousin keeps insisting that it only goes down by 1 percent and making it not worth the bother of visiting. Which is correct?

@@jamesdmack Eeek! That's not significant enough to make that place worth bothering with. Now, I know not to waste my time and money going there. Thanks for clarifying. Why would Adorian even feel the need to mention this? He should try to see if there is somewhere where the gravity drop is significant enough to make the place worth visiting, since most of us cannot go to the moon.

When I’m faced with that scenario, I always ALWAYS dry my hands on my shirt or butt of my pants or even just allow them to air dry. You could never be sure of what heinous (and ANUS) germs are being hot-air-balloon-ridden straight up onto YOU, that were left by previous dirty ding-a-lings.
It literally gives me anxiety to be in a restroom facility wherein:
Someone is actively using the High Powered Germ Disperser (I.e. the hand dryer)
      -or-
      - proactively flushing without first, placing DOWN the Toilet Lid; resulting in The Filth THAT IS “Toilet Blume….” (In my “Minds Eye” - I ALWAYS picture something like Okd Faithful [the famous geyser] erupting in Yellowstone Park, or Mount Saint Helens - blowing her lid…. Something along those lines; but in the Micro Form, and covering me as Her Merciless Victim.
…. Sometimes Mother Nature is one helluva Bitch, am I right …?! (Lol totally spoken in my “Telling Dad Jokes to everyone at the bar, sitting there absolutely UNinterested, but I’m TrashCanned so I’m mistaking them for being “The Boys” and appropriately engaged.” Kinda voice - if you catch my drift here.
Welp. It’s 630AM and my brain isn’t coded and programmed to rationally use the Commentary Section, on ANY Social Media Platform. So…. My apologies beforehand - for the gibberish.
