اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللّٰـهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ🤝I am thinking of learning how to mix electrolytes liquid and zinc brightener for zinc plating industry
Because chromium anode is reactive and it will dissolve.... So, we have to change anode again and again for electroplating .... That's why we use antimonial lead anode...
The reason is,, chromium oxidizes very quickly and go to solution as chromium ions and therefore result in imbalance of positive and negative ions of the electrolyte... The Antimonial lead is inert; not soluble in this electrolyte and only provide the pathway to the electons
@Qaisar Saeed but the anode is supposed to be oxidised and dissolved into the solution as in any other electroplating. Then why don't we use an inert anode in that case, for example, in silver plating?

thank you sir🎉
Sir g hum is ko AP waly method sy write kar sakty hai paper main
Thank you so much this video is very helpful ❤️
Thank u ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
sir ! Ap ny zinc plating may sodium cyanide ko discuss kuen nhi keya ?
your explanation is very good
Thank you sir you are best
Very nice ..Good lecture ,informative
Excuse me sir ,
Why do we use antimonial lead instead of chromium in electroplating of chromium ??

i am your thnkfull sir
Thank you sir ☺️ your video really helped
Thanks so much🎉🎉🎉
Amazing 👏
Sir Why we use antimonial lead instead of chromium in chromium plating?
That's the only thing that needs explanations in this topic and no one is discussing it.
The reason is,, chromium oxidizes very quickly and go to solution as chromium ions and therefore result in imbalance of positive and negative ions of the electrolyte...

Thank you, Sir.
Why we are using antimonial lead but not chromium
Sirji black oxide kaise kiya jaae potassiun nitrate aur sodium hydroixe se detail ke saath bataiye water heat chemical weight
very helpful sir
Thanks sir
Why O2 is not written as 2o
Excuse me sir ap electroplating of zinc wala topic send krdain please.
Dear kl ko upload kar dooo ga
thanks
beeesssssttttt
Sir ham chromium ma water ko ionize q karta ha jabka ham silver nitrate solution ma water ionize ni karta .why ?
Jay shree Ram ❤
