Stroke animation are simply usefull 😊 But why massage after effects in show every plugin problem with a face 2022 are boring version lot's of problems after effects
It’s not After Effect actually, some plugins aren’t updated to get the benefit of Multi-frame rendering. Wait for the update, and it will work fine. :)

Fr zooming in ae, u can use ctrl and + and ctrl - for zooming out
To answer your actual question, search for a mouse highlighter. Then you can "zoom" pan and track in virtually any video editor.
