I bought this game for Halloween and it has been a HUGE hit at the board game meetup I attend. All of the less heavy game players love it and the heavy game players don't complain. I really enjoy it because simultaneous turns are the BEST mechanic. My only grievance is that one of the witches, the Whirlwind, is completely useless. There are no one ways that you could reasonably want to play upside down. In the ten or so games I've seen her played I've seen fewer than ten upside down one way recipes.
Can't wait until a less covid-filled Halloween to play this with some friends! Seems like it'll fit in with Gloom and doing everything possible to thwart the victory of others
