Hi, what would you recommend for a cracked UV light housing chamber? The UV light filter pump was broken from the factory. Repair man diagnosed the issue but unable to get Artiesian to contact me back to get the needed parts because that part is not available on line at their site. I'm terminally ill and depend on my hot tub for physical therapy. It's been down for a month and I'm struggling. Just reaching out where I can because I feel like I'm fighting for my life. Hot tub company keeps saying it's the Ozonator is broken and that's standard after 3 years for them to break. But thats not the broken part.
