Still think they should have removed the saucer section deflector dish after the installment of the secondary hull. I know every ship has a deflector of some sort in the saucer, looking like windows, etc. However, I found some videos here and there without it and its more aesthetically pleasing.
I disagree, as it doesn't really make sense... Starfleet at the time wasnt looking to make an aesthetically pleasing design for the Federation to enjoy... They were trying to create a powerhouse vessel class to win a war! And thus it was quickly thrown together and it worked!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Canon wise, that is sound logic. On an audience perspective is where my opinion remains. I'm mentioning that during the earth-romulan war someone thought up a Yorktown class starship he may be able to find it on the romulan war fan production.
I love this NX-01 Refit. A truly beefed up NX Class to take on the Romulans who had the upperhand at the time. And 2 warp cores too. Warp 5 core for shields/backup and Warp 7 core for warp and everything else. Too bad Star Trek TV show Enterprise only lasted 4 seasons as Season 5 was to include the Romulan War. Glad this ship refit is now canon. I don't think there was any other star ships with multi warp cores in it except for the Kelvin Timeline for the 2009 Star Trek reboot movie where that Enterprise ejected several warp cores at once.
Youre incorrect about the Kelvin Uni Enterprise having multiple warp cores, it only had one... What you see in the movie is the Enterprise ejecting the multiple components of that 1 warp core!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Ok, They all looked like power reactors when I watched them ejecting them, but fair enough. 1 core it is. Would be interesting if a star ship actuatly did have a multi warp core. Not including the U.S.S. Prometheus from Star Trek Voyager with its multi-vector assault mode.
Since it is the Kelvin Transwarp Core, it is different then the cores of the Prime Universe... Also, Generally speaking a starship can not have multiple warp cores because of the amount of power both would generate with no where for the excess power to go... IE trying to power your cell phone by directly connecting it to a nuclear reactor, in short order, your phone would be fried!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Where there's a will, there's a way. The excess power could be discharged through the ship's deflector dish if that should happen. Would make a nice weapon.
Yeah that wouldn't work, burning out the deflector after a single discharge... And there may be a will, but there (in Trek) has still been no way, evidenced by how no starship has 2 functional warp cores!
I was so disappointed that Enterprises's season 5 was nixed when UPN (Paramount) cancelled that series. That Refit would have tied in so much and would have added an easier way for the future series to connect to the Golden age of Starv Trek. Will you review the Ares class and the other classes hastily built for the Romulan Earth War later on?
Yes it was unfortunate that Enterprise's poor Storytelling forced Fandom to turn it's back on it :( And no, as Ares is a fan design and has NO place in canon! But actual canon classes yes, for sure!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios You did a video 2 years ago on the Titan but given the fact that the Titan's career ended in a "refit" for the Neo Constitution 3

Picard broke pre-discovery cannon…For what its worth. Cannon up through the 2000’s said that NX-01 got the Columbia upgrade with the secondary hull and fought the earth romulan war then decommissioned and the museum *reverted* the enterprise back to the original condition removing the secondary hull for museum reason. This was up through tng/voy/ds9/enterprise.
I realy would wish they made an enterpise movie , featuring the NX refit . People realy dont understand how tough the original design was , no shields , just polarized armour , going head to head with Klingons , xindi and other more advanced ships and taking them out with earth designed weapons while taking a pasting of Klingon disruptors torpedos , xindi war ships and still be able to fly . A testemony on how good it in reality was and how effective polarized armour used to be . compared to shielded ships.
Uhmmm your views on the NX Enterprise are not correct or tainted by rose colored glasses over time. Though a beautiful starship, she was woefully unprepared for what she encountered, a topic which was explored in numerous episodes. Also you forget that Shield technology in the Quadrants was at it's infancy, with most races not having it or having very low powered version of the technology. Sure she was a hardy design, but that can said of most starship of the era from most species. The reason Enterprise won in most battles was due to out-thinking the enemy, rather then sheer strength!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Correct , she left with no weapons to speak of , and if i can rememebr correctly it had only spacial compressors only seen ones on screen and than never again , and torpedos installed during broken arrow . and phase canons still in crates . on board . All lessons learned and advice where put in to effect on the columbia . It was build as exploration vessel not as a combat vessel . The bones of the NX class where sound and build with adaptability in mind. Polarising armour plating , is quite an interesting concept . Absorbing energy based weapons fire . the construction of these ships gave clues on how they where constructed as well . basicly as tubes that conected just like currentday space stations , and submarines . where all living quarters and engineering spaces where located , with added plating to provide a slick hull and body . it would also explain why the NX class was so robust .
Interestingly, space in Star Trek is viewed predominately as 2D environment. You have a 2d border "neutral zone" in a 3d environment. One could simply go over or under the "neutral zone" and not actually cross the border.....
One problem I see with the refit (As cool as it is) is that the nacelles are too small for a warp 7 ship. They should be bolstered up and bigger between the NX-01 and 1701
Says who? There is NOTHING in canon or even Beta Canon to suggest your theory is true! And obviously it isnt, as thats the ship, those are its nacelles, and that's its stats!
Im not sure what you mean by "They worked to make the show in-canon" All series work hard to follow canon, and are automatically canon regardless... But Enterprise, unlike most, broke canon far more often then any other series... So please explain
Sorry you are incorrect, See TOS Let That Be Your Last Battlefield! That's also why no one else is complaining, those people know their Trek LOL 😜🤣 And PS its Cheron NOT Charon lol

Yes it was unfortunate that Enterprise's poor Storytelling forced Fandom to turn it's back on it :(
And no, as Ares is a fan design and has NO place in canon! But actual canon classes yes, for sure!
Might be time to update the Titan video considering Season 3 of Picard.
What Titan video?
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios You did a video 2 years ago on the Titan but given the fact that the Titan's career ended in a "refit" for the Neo Constitution 3
Ahhhh yes, I see what you mean!
why is the ship marked SS Enterprise and not USS Enterprise? What did you use to make the scenes? Is it Star Trek online demorecord? Looks REAL good!
Because after the Coalition of Planets was Formed they began to use S.S. eventually switching it to U.S.S. See Star Trek The Original Series Episode "Where No Man Has Gone Before, A Piece of the Action, etc etc
And no, this is Space Engine! Thank you :)
No it didnt, as that was Beta Canon, and only 1 version of it! Beta canon is meaningless, having no effect on canon whatsoever
Yes, you just proved my point about your original comment :P
Interestingly, space in Star Trek is viewed predominately as 2D environment. You have a 2d border "neutral zone" in a 3d environment. One could simply go over or under the "neutral zone" and not actually cross the border.....
Thats just the audiences perception of it... it is infact a neutral zone border in 3d!
If you had a Time Machine, how would you fix Star Trek Enterprise?
By completely redoing it!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios How?
By completely redoing it LOL

Too bad it never got another season. They worked to make the show in-canon, unlike other prequel series.
Im not sure what you mean by "They worked to make the show in-canon" All series work hard to follow canon, and are automatically canon regardless... But Enterprise, unlike most, broke canon far more often then any other series... So please explain
The "Ch" in Charon sounds like a "K". So sounding it out would be more like "Kare-on" instead of "Share-on".🤔😜
Sorry you are incorrect, See TOS Let That Be Your Last Battlefield! That's also why no one else is complaining, those people know their Trek LOL 😜🤣 And PS its Cheron NOT Charon lol
They safe earth the rom would have attack earth
