It’s not just cheating. Your literally increasing you capacity (unnaturally) to inflict damage to your opponent. There are plenty of fighters who have suffered life long damage due to their opponent being on steroids. Lifelong ban is the only answer.

Not entirely true, one factor in the ability to take a punch is neck strength. Hitting the juice and working the neck making it larger and stronger will help you take punches.
