i cook and season all my meats and vegetables then vacuum seal this way it takes less time and fuel to reheat as well can be eaten cold and can be a help if need be in a bug out bag

Make sure you protect your food supply. If FEMA comes in power they can confiscate your supply and leave you only two weeks worth. The problem with this is the SSA recipients only receive one check a month. How do they cover the deficits.?

Chia seeds 🤣, no. Canned food, rice, dry beans, dehydrated foods, flour, sugar, corn meal, nuts, jerky, salt, evaporated milk, powdered milk, powdered peanut butter, oatmeal, lentils, There's a good start. Stockpile the foods listed here (minus protein bars, honey, oil) and your done in 3 months.
Its talking about the protein you have to have to survive as well as amino acids. Everyone knows about everything else. I didn’t know that about chia seeds.
