@@KnJay_unofficialsome people watch asmr before sleeping rather than during, so if somebody watched 20-30 minutes per night, then 3 hours would make for a week of good sleep
also, some people revisit the same video multiple times if they fell asleep early on and didnt get to see most of it, so it could also be a week of good sleep in that case :3

4. Pour it back into watermelon
5. Stir in gelatine mixture
6. Put In the fridge overnight
