सर मै 88% पोलिओ से suffered हू, मेरा left avn of hip है, right leg पुरा paralised है क्या मे ,पेर के रोटेशन किसीं belt या ओढणी से कर सकता हू

Operation ke liye Dr.ne bola ha exercise kar sakte hai ya nahi.
Need small advice for avn of elbow capitellum. For getting full flexion and extension, whether vigorous pysio should be continued or slow pysio is recommended..Previously, extension was less but now improved. There was one injury in forearm some days back for 3 weeks while doing pysio. Kindly guide. Pysio is done to get full extension and flexion.
