      I've been living here for 40 years and done loads of driving and walking in the city, with only a couple of sketchy moments in all that time. Some of the city is dingy but it's pretty tame when compared with Baltimore or El Alto...

      I wouldn’t call Digbeth dodgy just lots of street art. It is actually receiving lots of redevelopment and renovation over the next decade which will bring lots of new apartments, bars, restaurants, new bbc building, major film studios run by Steven Knight of Peaky Blinders fame etc it is already home to many cool independent bars and restaurants presently…

      @@jamesanthony3072 well I did see some doggie stuff around, ravs happening and lorries packed with women talking to driver's and disappeared into the cab. But it did look a little worn for wear, but the hostel was great and close to the main part of the city.
