I feel like one of the roles of a enforcer probably should be a quatermaster. So if no Don, Captain, or Enforcer are awake I feel it becomes more of a disorganization issue then anything else.
Promoting Clark to underboss, zeek to quartermaster, and splitting the rest of Clark's crew up between the other captains would be the move imo. That way, the Don's get the help they need running the org and the other crews get filled out better

this small conflict is a wake up call for marty , now he can realise he is not as invincible as he thinks he is , he has only 3 guns left , crew have around 30

what are you smoking? marty knew from the get-go once Cypress started establishing itself that it will never have the kind of muscles to fight gangs. he said this from the start and told viewers that Cypress will never be able to be on the offensive because of their strucutre and large and spread out they are.
