I don't know if its possible to have scoliosis in the lower neck (my severe curve is in my lower back), but I think my neck is so crunchy because a roof fell on me and I was a pedestrian hit by a car. I'm glad you were able to help this man. I don't know how to get rid of muscle guarding either.

The GuaSha on his subscapularis would improve his frozen shoulder. You can only go so far on it, and massage with fingertips. Best wishes for him!

Oh man. As soon as I read this title I had a flashback. Had frozen shoulder after using cables incorrectly.... took many visits, rehab, etc to fix it.
