The best manager we'll ever have (respects to Billy Bingham), just look at the glee that Josh has when he hugs him, Michael O'Neill united a dysfunctional squad and with careful planning, motivation and supreme game management turned us into a proper mid tier European team. Only hope that we can continue that with the new manager in August 2020, and hope that MON does brilliantly with Stoke - he's been fucking amazing so far, can't wait to see him manage in the Prem. He'll be a star.

The Fifa rankings are not really accurate. In terms of quality, i think they're about even, with a slight edge to Rep. of Ireland.
