Ladakh | Exploring Leh Market | Things to buy in Ladakh | Complete Guide

Today is the first day of our trip in Leh & one of the most important things to do before you explore Leh is to get acclimatized as your body needs to adjust to the low atmospheric pressure. It might be a problem to some to get used to the high altitude, and hence do not attempt to visit places that are further up as you will face some severe problems. My suggestion is to experience Leh in a slow and steady manner. So today's day was little slow, we used our first day just to acclimatize our body and we explored leh market.
