His politics are right. Berlanga said in an interview that his contract with Eddie Hearn allows him to fight fighters with “Other promotions”. Why would he say that? That means hearns fighters in their contract have to fight his fighters only. This is what’s wrong with boxing. Every promoter wants to keep the money in house. Just work with everyone and get the fans the fights they deserve. Every fan will keep streaming until the get the fights they would actually pay for!

@@900Ghost80 I always thought Shakur is the future of Tank Rank when they signed him. But what I didn't see is that, to this day, Loma is still the annointed one. Looks like Bob would rather keep just Loma. Understandably, TR invested on Loma heavily from the beginning but their ROI was not maximized. Shakur was gradually marketed but did not get the same praise and appeal. So, Bob can afford not to keep Shakur since they will not be matched to fight.
If Shakur should risk it, take a low ball offer to fight Tank or Devin as a free agent. Win one then negotiate a better set of terms for the next one.
No one really cares about fighter injuries when the fight is upon you. The general public normally digest it as an excuse for a poor performance. Those who braved to exhaust their skills although hampered raise their stock to levels of integrity. Shakur did win over Delos Santos but I wished both threw more. Twas horrible to watch.
