They speak fluent Assamese language but they do speak their regional language between them.

I Think the Vegetables were washed off camera. I can tell from the hygiene and cleanliness that the girl has been following throughout the cooking process.
When I watch the video I didn't see the tomatoes being washed before cutting them and then she threw the water that the rice was washed in over them, the vegetables should be washed before cutting except some like 🥔. Nice 📹.
