- Dan Robinson from Heineken talks about how many large CPG companies are finding it hard to find the sustainable growth they want. The walls of scale are coming down. Traditionally access to data, consumers and customers were only available to large businesses and now that barrier is coming down. He talks about using people and technology with the right culture to find a sweet spot. Heineken established communities, so people could see each others ideas, and used the learn and reapply model. They embraced an agile way of working and this had a positive impact on teams and the organisation. #BNAU2018
