- My Dodge Charger is having issues with the TPMS. I have taken it to the dealership for a fix on multiple occasions and they can't seem to find the issue. Has anyone had issues like this if so let me know.

Its the diode dynamics led side markers i am having the same issue. I had my driver side front replaced and it happened again. You gotta call diode dynamics and get a new side marker
Oh wow. Ok. I do have the diode dynamics led side markers as well. How is the LED side marker interfering?
@@F8Scat i talked to randall at modfx and diode dynamics and that seems like the issue. My widebody only had 1800 miles on it and when i put them on i started having issues
I have new markers coming once they are back in stock and we will see. I was told it was non factory tint that was causing the issue. Only left side driver has gone off and on. Should I have all 4 replaced or just the one that is having issues?
@@jonathanguntert8742 maybe just the one if its the only one having issues. Im gonna do that with mine
@@jonathanguntert8742 non factory tint? Lol
Sorry thats happening to you man! Don't be discouraged bro!! I've been watching your channel since you started and you've helped me learn a lot. Keep it going man!
Hope after you restore everything to stock they fix the issue.
And Thank You for your service 🙏👍💯
What about the oil catch can?
Glad you're back making videos!! I also have a 2020 Charger Scat Widebody I ordered last July and took delivery in August. It only has 2400 miles on it and i'm having the same issue. My front drivers tire pressure sensor will go out then come back after it sits then driven a few miles. I also have the Diode side marker and MFER1 install but i'm not sure how those items would affect a tire sensor.
My husband ordered the Concept SMD Sidemarker Kit from Oracle Lighting. It cost us a little over $200. We're hoping tomorrow to replace the smokey lens that he believes are triggering the tire sensors to pop up on the dash. I will keep y'all updated if you want. My husband is certain it will work so prayers and fingers crossed please.
Definitely a known issue in Dodge. Sometimes requires a software update and and a full reset of all sensors and repro
its the sensors in the rims have them replace it, I had the exact same issue with my charger they had to give me new ones...
Did it fix the problem ?
I have the same problem also 😕
@@victorcampos629 yea so the little silver things that sit in the lip of the rim are sensors for the car to know if there’s an issue with tire pressure...if its been offset it will 100% always have ur car saying there’s an issue the dealer replaced an entire rim n realigned the sensors n it fixed the issue for me
@@TheOfficialLouRawz I have a feeling it's my side Markers I got from diodedynamics, it's messing with the computer system that same day I changed them I got the tire pressure light on I took my car to the dealer they changed my driver side sensor and two days later the light comes back
@@victorcampos629 oh okay I can see thst being an issue I have those placed on my challenger widebody but I didnt replace the sidemarkers I only did thr interior n the trunk
If the dealership doesn't do anything or the problem comes back after your dealership visit.
Call dodge direct. Keep all your paper work from all your visits.
You are under 10k miles. They should fix anything without asking questions. But, they're being added.
Oh!! You can try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. Reconnect the battery and see what happens
I have a 2016 Scat Pack....my only problem.... going toooo fast
Damn bro, sorry to hear about ur Scat Pack!!! Hope you already got it fixed
Yup. Same issue here but with the left front tire only, so far. The highest it went up on the numbers were 225 lol. And yes, I have the issue with the clicking as well. The only thing I have changed is the side markers and the logo lights on my doors and nothing else. I'm at 4759 miles at the moment and it started last month. I don't drive long distances and I don't treat her bad on the road either. But it comes on every time I get in to drive. Sorry to hear you have to take everything out that you have replaced. I hope Dodge figures it out because it is frustrating to deal with....everyday. But would be more frustrating if the things I've replaced would HAVE TO stay off.
I'm having the same issue. I also have the diode dynamics side marker
This ishh was way too long for that 1 issue. Get to the point next time. Wasted my time
My suggestion would be to remove the tazer Z Automotive if you have one then, test the system. Then if possible, check the tire pressure early morning and inflate the tires with a good digital gauge. I personally use Jaco.
2020 scatpack widebody. Left front shows blank reading in red. Had the sensor replaced. A couple weeks later happened again. It would occur, then I’d shut the car off after I was done driving. Next time I drove it look about a good 2-3 minutes of driving and the error would correct itself. This happened inconsistently. Some weeks more than others. Then I had my cars first oil change and they rotated the tires. Same problem came up a week later. Didn’t happen for about 3 weeks. Then happened again. So. I believe it’s not the sensor in the wheel but maybe the receiving sensor or a software issue. The dealer checked the cars log and saw this happened many many times. Have the dealer check the log after it happens a lot
I have the same issue for ive been to the dealership for two times and issue is still there maybe because of the cold weather i dont know i leave in TX now TX weather is 70s. Really frustrating
I got the same issues on my 2020 narrow body Charger Scat Pack same tires too
Have them keep it overnight
Have a 2021 same vehicle same color, does the same thing, I work at dodge and the techs cannot track the problem, however after I rotated the wheels, it did light up one more time and then it stopped, they said that the ecu is learning from the different weather, lol.
Had the same thing from the dd led side markers they know about it and they sent me new updated ones and error went away
i have read some comments (in other vids) about people having issues with the TPMS after installing LED side markers. maybe this helps.
That’s crazy I’m still dealing with the wheel click I need to take it in
Wheel click is from the two piece rotors, it’s the clips that hold the rotor to the wheel barring Ive heard their isn’t much of a fix cuz it comes back after swapping clips and rotors
@@WhySoSeriousGM yea I know my been 3 times that’s why I don’t took it yet lol. Plus it’s not bad just annoying sometimes
@@king3mike3 straight pipe it then you won’t be able to hear it anymore 😂 sadly most 2 piece rotors on dodge do this and I heard brake dust build up causes it so it will never go away completely
@@WhySoSeriousGM no sir 😂😂😂the mids off is enough for me lol. And yea I changed my brakes pads to help with the dust already that’s an issue if it’s own lol
@@king3mike3 same here lol the dust is crazy from the brembo pads and straight pipe is too loud I only cut my mids too lol
I'm dealing with the same issue. Same two wheels.
Taking the MFER 1 off also?
Try and make it to "meet in the mountains " in june
Just out of curiosity.. why did state that you took off parts that could potentially void the warranty??
I honestly think it might be the ecu
🤦🏻♂️ $15 set of 4/oem tpms sensors will solve the issue, took matters into my own hands and solved myself. Don’t be fooled that only mopar sensors will work!
Mine does this in cold weather. ANNOYING
And I’m 100 percent factory stock... no diode dynamics. 🤔
Sell me that hood lol 👀
